The LiveOps Guild SpA ("we," "our," or "us"), a sociedad por acciones incorporated in Chile and trading as The LiveOps Guild, operates this website. This policy explains what the site collects and what it does not.
Nothing that reaches us. This website is a set of static pages with no analytics, no tracking scripts and no forms, so browsing it sends us no information about you and creates no record we can see or search.
Like any website, the pages are delivered by a hosting provider whose servers may log requests: typically an IP address, a timestamp and the file requested. Those logs sit with the provider, we do not consult them, and we do not use them to build profiles or identify visitors.
Our email links open your own mail application; nothing is submitted through this website. If you email us, we keep that correspondence in our business mailbox so we can reply and maintain a record of the discussion.
Our scheduling link takes you to Google Calendar, a separate service with its own privacy policy. Anything you enter there is handled by Google, and reaches us as a calendar invitation.
This site is hosted on Amazon Web Services, and our email and scheduling run on Google Workspace. These providers operate internationally, so any data you do send us, by emailing or booking a call, may be processed outside Chile and outside your own country of residence.
Beyond those providers, we share your information only where the law obliges us to, or with professional advisers who are themselves bound by a duty of confidence. We do not sell it, and we do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing.
The site is served entirely over HTTPS. It has no database, no login and no way to submit anything, so there is no store of visitor data to be breached in the first place. That is the strongest protection available, and the reason the site is built this way.
Email you send us is held in Google Workspace under that provider's security controls, with access limited to the people at The LiveOps Guild SpA who need it to reply. We do not hold special categories of personal data, and we do not ask for payment details through this website.
Where we hold personal data, in practice an email you chose to send us, we do so because it is necessary for our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and managing a business relationship, or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not rely on consent for any of this, so there is no consent for you to withdraw.
Because the site itself collects nothing, your visit leaves us nothing to keep. Email correspondence is kept for as long as we have an active or prospective business relationship, and afterwards only where a legal or accounting obligation requires it. Any server logs held by our hosting provider are retained on that provider's own rolling schedule, not ours.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to complain to your national data protection authority. In practice the only data we hold that identifies you is email correspondence you chose to send us.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
This site sells business services to game studios and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
The LiveOps Guild SpA is established in Chile, and this policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Where you are resident in a jurisdiction that grants you additional data protection rights, this policy does not limit those rights.
If we change how this site handles data, we will update this page and the date below.
For any question about this policy or about your data, email us at contact@theliveopsguild.com, or write to The LiveOps Guild SpA, Chile.
